I had so much fun recording this podcast with the wonderful Medicine Woman, Ruth Sabrosa! She's home educating three daughters and, as if that wasn't enough oestrogen flying around, has set up a business empowering women of all ages.

With: Ruth Sabrosa Ruth Sabrosa is Mother of three daughters, Script Supervisor and Hypnotherapist who empowers girls and women through menarche, menstruation, pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Since becoming a mother, she has worked on films such as Star Wars and the Marvels with strong female leads so hopes that life will mimic art and the feminine will rise. She wants to change the narrative for future generations and reclaim the sacred rites of passage from menarche to menopause.
